Delete a GHL user by ID. GHL category: Launchpad / Users. This destructive operation removes user access. Use only with explicit user confirmation and disposable fixtures during validation. Default output is a privacy-minimized user summary; set includeUserDetails true only when the user explicitly needs full user records.
