Use this tool when you need the Hostinger operation Create PTR record. Create or update a PTR (Pointer) record for a specified virtual machine. Use this endpoint to configure reverse DNS lookup for VPS IP addresses. It calls POST /api/vps/v1/virtual-machines/{virtualMachineId}/ptr/{ipAddressId} against the configured Hostinger account. This changes external Hostinger state and requires confirm=true. Provider parameters: virtualMachineId (path, required): Virtual Machine ID ipAddressId (path, required): IP Address ID The body follows the complete Hostinger schema in inputSchema.
